Starting with his career, the nominee was previously handpicked by the Philippine government to be the Division Chief of Administrative Services of the National Agribusiness Corporation in Ortigas, Pasig City, a government owned and controlled corporation and the corporate arm of the Department of Agriculture. There, he also served as the Chairman of the Bids and Awards Committee for several years and was a permanent representative in several government agencies with project management and implementation. He led various Filipino and foreign engineering and management firms that were engaged in various government engineering, construction, telecoms and power generation projects nationwide. The nominee left this lucrative field of expertise to give way and a chance for young leader-managers to showcase their talents.
Furthermore, he also served as the Director for Discipline and the University Registrar of Global City Innovative College in Bonifacio Global City and taught higher psychology and social sciences subjects in other colleges and universities. With his experience in the academe, he is also one of the Directors and the Corporate Secretary of Capitol Alliance Management and Consultancy Services Inc. – an international education agent consultancy firm with school partnerships in New Zealand and other countries.
He is a favorite lecturer and speaker of various firms emphasizing topics on ISO Standards and Procurement Systems. He completed various mandatory and competency courses and other related trainings from reputable firms and in fact one of the certified technical personnel for emergency restoration systems which was given and certified by a European firm. For several years and to date, he is still working with various NGO’s as project and management consultant nationwide.
To date, he is currently based in Quezon City and handles the operation of Capitol Design and Consultancy Services (CDC), a firm that provides a one-stop-shop solution services that provides complete architectural and engineering services; corporate and project consultancy services; feasibility studies; accounting and bookkeeping services. In all their undertakings, it has been his professional policy to deliver quality services that exceed client expectations. The nominee does not have much achievement since he belongs from a young but efficient and vibrant chapter – Capitol. However, during his stint as the Charter Chapter Commander, he led the creation and implementation of Chapter By-Laws aligned with the Supreme Council By-Laws that ensured framework and efficient basis of operation of the Chapter and addresses issues or risks that may arise.
They have partnered with Manuel Roxas High School in Roxas Distict, Quezon City as the recipient of their Rizal Projects as he firmly believes in institutionalizing the Rizal ideals at the young minds of our students.
Thru his management and delegation of various works, he led a postulant process emphasizing Rizalian lectures before they, postulants, can be formally endorsed to the Supreme Council for dubbing and knighthood ceremonies. During his term, they have only dubbed or produced two (2) postulant batches – bearing the significant character of a true Rizalian and quality Chapter member.
During their first year, he led the provision of Accident Insurance to all the members of the Chapter in good standing, without paying any single peso for as long as they pay their annual dues. This is an annual accident insurance program of the Chapter thus intensifying his commitment to the members that Capitol Chapter – Quezon City will always give back and take care of its members. It is in this footing that he intends to carry the same to the Order ensuring that the general welfare of the members is the top priority.
He was born on the 1st of November in the year 1978 in San Jose City, Nueva Ecija. He finished his Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a double major in Industrial and Educational Psychology at Southeast Asian College and thereafter completed his graduate studies in Master of Arts in Education Administration and Master in Public Administration. Realizing the significance of education since he did not came from a well off family, he pursued and completed his post graduate studies and earned the degree of Doctor in Public Administration.
It was filled with full hesitation in preparing this nominee’s briefer considering he doesn’t have glaring or publicly acknowledged achievements compared to other members in our Order. Perhaps he maintained his attitude of exercising humility and providing assistance in any way he can, away from public eye and the need of spotlight.
