"I have visited the various chapters of the Knights of Rizal in the eastern region of the United States and have listened to the aspirations as well as concerns about our fraternal organization. With these discussions and brainstorming of ideas with my brother knights in my area of regional jurisdiction as well with my brother knights around the world, I am optimistically confident that I can bring to the table of discussion in the Supreme Council, fresh ideas, various programs, projects, changes and other endeavors that will better our fraternal organization."
