Memo 7b-2021: Adjusted Voter's Registration Fees
Updated: Aug 25, 2021
To: Regional Commanders and Qualified Voters Subject: ADJUSTED VOTER’S REGISTRATION FEES Date: 12 August 2021
Fraternal Greetings!
In a Joint Meeting held on 12 August 2021, the Supreme Council and the Electoral Tribunal agreed to adjust the registration fees for the upcoming KOR Supreme Council Elections. This adjustment comes in light of several pleas from Brother Knights to lessen the amount to be paid, taking into consideration the financial constrains brought in by the COVID-19 pandemic. To allow all qualified voters to freely exercise their rights to vote without burdening them financially, the Supreme Council and the Electoral Tribunal have agreed to reduce the registration fees to Php 1,000.00 for all local voters and US$ 30.00 for all overseas voters.
In this regard, all voters who paid their registration fees prior to the issuance of this memorandum and based on the previous rates shall have the excess payment offset to other future arrears by the KOR-IHQ Secretariat.
For immediate and wide dissemination.
Non omnis moriar!
